POLL: Should Teens Hosting Drinking Parties be Held Liable for Injuries?
The state's Supreme Judicial Court on Tuesday decided that teenagers who host drinking parties — but do not supply the alcohol — are not liable for injuries sustained by attendees who later crash. Does this make sense?
